  • Gate to love

Fear… this incredibly small word is extremely powerful and it has led my life and all its decisions.

I am not sure I can articulate the difference of living life from a position of love compared to fear.

Unless you see your fear driven life, you may not even know how much of your life has been absconded by fear.

I looked up the word absconded, for it isn’t my usual word, but it felt right to express my sentiments, but I wanted to make sure I was using it properly.

    Do you know its meaning?

It means – “To depart in a sudden and secret manner.”

It fits perfectly. Fear absconed with my life.

Here is what I know for sure, is that if you are left untreated after abuse, you will live from that day foreward, not as love, but fear.

Fear replaces love. A young girl living in love, becomes a young girl living in fear.

How to explain this. I go into a situation with my father filled with love for him and I come out filled with fear. I go to my mother in love and with fear of my father, and she doesn’t do anything, I then leave in fear her….

My love, or those who love me are absconed and replaced with fear.

Dr. Maya Angelou has a quote about the endurance of a child suffering is born out of the lack of alternatives.

I didn’t have a loving place to go, so I had to live as fear.

This fear mode of living is hard to describe, but it leaves you with the knowing that the world is not a safe place to be, that at any time terror will jump in front of you, that those you love will do something fearful…and you have to prepare and plan to dodge these bullets.

My whole view of life was geared toward protecting and a very defensive way of living.

I was on guard. A Fear Filled guard.

The small pint of love that lived within me was toward objects and things, items that had no power of hurting me.

But live living creatures, yikes, at anytime a friendly face could turn and bite you…and many did.

The most sad and tragic part in being a fear filled maniac, is that my children were mothered from this position.

Instead of teaching them the wonderful loving kind beautiful amazing things, my mantra was what was out to get you.

Understandably we all know how I was raised to become this way, and gratefully with a lot of fearlessness, I have been able to learn how to love and not fear AND to fear those who rightly needed to be feared and not loved.

    What an amazing ride.

There is a a poem that Kim Rosen speaks of in this months Oprah magazine, called Kindness by Naomi Shihab Nye

“Before you know what kindness really is you must lose things,
feel the future disolve in a moment
like salt in a weakened broth.
What you held in your hand,
what you counted on and carefully saved,
all this must go so you know
how desolate the landscape can be
    between regions of kindness.
    How you ride and ride
thinking the bus will never stop,
the passengers eating maize and chicken
will stare out the window forever.

Before you learn the tender gravity of kindness,
you must travel where the Indian in a white poncho
lies dead by the side of the road.
You must see how this could be you,
    how he too was someone
who journeyed through the night with plans
and the simple breath that kept him alive.

Before you know kindness as the deepest thing inside, you must know sorrow as the other deepest thing.
You must wak up with sorrow.
You must speak to it till your voice catches the thread of all sorrows and you see the size of the cloth.

Then it is only kindness that makes sense anymore,
only kindness that ties your shoes
and sends you out into your day to mail letters and purchase bread,
only kindness that raises its head
from the crowd to the world to say
it is I you have been looking for,
and then goes with you everywhere
    like a shadow or friend.
    Naomi Shihab Nye

What I know for sure, is that without the years and decades of sorrow, I would not recognize kindness.

Kindness, again such a simple word, but it is the gate to love.

  • Fearfully love.

“He who cares the least has the most power.” Is a quote that I heard, but have no idea who is the author, but I agree with it.

Did you know that it is possible to care so much you are frozen to act, to speak, to do, that it will literally freeze you?

Who would think that inside of ‘caring’ you would find fear?

But here is the deal, if you care or love a person so much, what you are afraid of is losing something for you. It no longer becomes about them, it becomes about you.

Who knew there was selfish caring, self absorbed caring?

You and your feelings of the fear of losing overwhelm the situation and you freeze in fear and fear is all they feel.

Instead of feeling caring they feel fear, isn’t that incredible?

They think you FEAR them, not care for them.

Sitting as a mother who has been gripped in fear of ‘losing’ her daughter, I was also cognizant of the fact that it was more about her.

Pushing back fear and my loss, I have to keep the focus on how my daughter can regain her sense of self. Sure I slipped and fear fell out and hollering ensued, but awkwardly and in starts and stops, we are dealing together.

I didn’t know how palatable this feeling of fear was or how it freezes you until I have witnessed so many who know and love my daughter do nothing.

I couldn’t figure out what the deal was, why are they not actively coming in with words of encouragement, cheers and goodwill, why most are pressed back and motionless and silent, absent, vacant, not here.

Again, “it isn’t the words of our enemies we remember, but the silence of our friends.”

What I get now, is that the fear of losing, keeps them out of the game, and in doing that action alone, they lose.

They lose what they love out of fear of losing what they love.

    It leaves me breathless!

Love to me is being afraid and going in anyway.
Being willing to lose what you don’t want to lose, being willing to let go for their sake.

Isn’t being fearless, being in fear and acting anyway?

What I know to the depth of my being is that a child who has been abused, feels fear coming at him, not caring. For the parent fears that they lost something precious to Them.

The child feels fear and so they stop talking about what happened, for it puts ‘fear’ into the parent.

They don’t want to make their parents afraid.

I now see where love lost to fear, how it flips so unnaturally and how parents become lost in their own fears and not see the child fall away.

They go away and go silent as well, for they don’t feel caring they feel fear. And since they are the ones who ‘changed’ due to abuse, they feel that their abuse is something others fear.

Isn’t it incredible that the fear the parent has of losing a child is the key component to losing a child.

Their fear is what sends the child away.

And guess where this child feels most at home, among others who are not afraid of them, other abused people who people fear.

It saddens me that the abused child gets pushed away because of fear and then owns and becomes that response as who they are. This becomes a new definition of self after abuse.

And are left knowing, If I speak my truth, if I own my abuse, people will fear me, become silent and shun me.

This is their experience when they first told.

We either get to be not who we are with those who love us, or we can become ourselves with those who abused us.

This new abused wound still fits with those who abuse, they do not fear us, they want us, they need us, they ‘care’ about us.

    Isn’t this a twisted circle?

The ones who can ‘save’ us are frozen in fear and this leaves us going back to the ones who abuse us.

I am amazed in knowing the success of abuse is fear in ‘good’ people and how the abusers must be clapping and singing halleluiah each time the abused child returns for more attention and acceptance.

All we wanted was to feel accepted and loved.
And it seemed that those who abused us did a better job.

I recall telling my Aunt, my dad’s sister, that I always felt accepted by him, not judged like I did with my mother, that he loved me unconditionally.

Imagine a pedophile loved me without conditions. He loved me innocent and he loved me abused, even if the abuse was by his hands.

We can love or we can fear, but we can’t fearfully love.

  • With your loving support.

My old definition of marriage was the joining of two people of like minds, and perhaps friendship held this too, but that you both viewed life from the same space and often responded to life with the same footsteps.

Your histories and life pathways joined together for you shared similarities.

I now find myself yoked to a man who hasn’t lived life as I have, hasn’t had to walk the same footsteps I have had to take, and we are dissimilar in the way we now respond to life as it happens.

The yoke that held us close together didn’t matter, for we were the heading in the same direction, speaking in the same language and doing the same response.

Now it feels odd, like our yoke is gone, and we are two separated individuals doing our own thing.

Great freedom to be who you are, doing what you love, honoring your differences etc…all good and well, until your differences become a weak spot when combined.

I have zero tolerance for abuse and he hasn’t been affected by it like I have so, he truly doesn’t grasp the affects, nor will he; his loving trusting belief in others is a weakness when you are dealing with abuse.

Abuse and its manipulators can get away with what they do, for they bank on your trust and your kind nature and that you won’t hold them accountable for what they do.

They rely on you seeing their behavior as an anomaly in their otherwise normal world.

What we fail to appreciate is that the anomaly is the truth and all the ‘normal’ behavior is a shield to hide it.

What I trust now, is what do they do when they are asked to stand with or against abuse, no matter who it is that is doing the abusing, be it a friend, a spouse, a father, mother, sister, brother, is who they are.

I see who you are by who you support.

The greatest weakness and hole that a perpetrator, or even an abusive man hurting a woman, uses is that we trust and believe that they are more good than bad.

We want to believe that they just had a moment of confusion, a slip of control, a ‘moment of weakness’ but that all in all, they are good people.

If we all stopped and cut our old opinions up the moment abuse entered the picture, we would save a lot of little children and even young adults who find themselves in a relationship that is detrimental to their well being.

It is the stopping and not continuing that is the key.

When people show you who they are, believe them. Damn it, Believe them.

It seems so easy, so simple and yet time and time again, abuse slips by attached to the one you love.

Attached to the one you trust.

Attached to the old relationship, the kind man, the loving brother, abuse is attached to them, and you just refuse to see it.

Oh, yeah…sometimes you see it but you will not toss out the old relationship for one little act of abuse.

Or for one little moment of supporting abuse…we overlook the supporting for they too may be someone we love and trust.

It is this blind trusting faith in a person who has abuse attached to them that keeps this cycle going, the legacy of abuse is mostly to blame on the ones who love and trust the ones with abuse attached to them.

I never knew that abuse thrived more because of the love and trust than it did because of the driving desire of the perpetrator.

In my one experience with abuse, if you don’t see the abuse attached to your loved one, and you continue to have relationships with him, then abuse gets attached to you.

You are now the carrier, the supporter and the accomplice.

The ‘love, trust and belief’ that my family had in my father has allowed him to be a free man.

Each one of them who didn’t not see the abuse attached to him, now are carrying his legacy forward, in love, trust and faith in a man who gives abuse back.

So, each time I am faced with a similar type event in my world, where abuse is attached. I see abuse and let the rest fall away.

Again, the greatest supporter of abuse is love, trust and faith.

    Imagine?

And yet the schools are teaching, good touch bad touch.
    Stop.

They need to teach that we have the right to revoke friendship, love and trust, we can withdraw it at any time.

So, my loving trusting and believing husband and I are on the opposite sides of this and my behavior seems harsh and so narrow minded. And it is.

What I needed the most as a little girl was for someone to see the abuse, to act with the abuse and to see me and not see the man who clothed and fed 14 children, a lumberman, a hardworking, not asking for anything man.

I needed one eye to see me, one ear to hear me, one hand to hold me, and to let him go. Instead all eyes, ears and hands reached out to him and they let me go.

    Me the abused child.

Refusing to let his image of goodness die, instead they let me fade away, the one ‘insane’ voice against many.

The majority wins; abuse will prevail…with your loving support.

(What happens when in one home you have opposing voices?)

  • You can feel its worth.

While tossing around in my head conversations about the differences between going into the Light and heading into the Darkness boggle my mind.

How it is that a person loses direction, how do their maps get turned upside down, how instead of growing brighter they can actually become very dark and NOT even know it or maybe more true, is not know how to stop it.

That their life blood is drained and they are actively involved in the letting go and letting it drip out, drip by drip, bit by bit.

Their vital life energy leaves and they don’t even know it.

The passions die, the love changes, inside of them has been an energy transplant and they are totally unaware.

This is very scary to me and yet very much understandable.

For if a perpetrator or abuser does his job well, you will not even feel your self leave, his sweet words and wonderful attention dances before your eyes, and like a magician, he switches your energy to his.

Once the switch has been made, you have to work like Hell to bring back your bright energy, your innocence, your passions, good energy, self worth, self esteem, love.

I see my daughter now as one who is lost in the sea of darkness inside of her, and she doesn’t even know who is the bad man who stole this, who came in and courted her while draining all that was good from her.

If after the first time you do not tell, you believe you are now his equal, and his lure and charm hard to resist, his needing you a drug that keeps you dumping more and more good into.

I am not certain, but feel that only abuse does this.

That you come in as Light and can have it stolen away…

The little boy with Oprah who was overly sensitive to the darkness, knew that Darkness FEEDS off of the Light.

This sounded weird to me, but it literally swallows whole, kindness, love, compassion, caring, it has a voracious appetite.

Darkness doesn’t see who you are, just your good energy that it needs to survive.

I had to stop feeding the monster, to stop giving up my life for its happiness, its peace and its joy.

The Light energies try feeding the monster to make it brighter, to make it happier; to make it more loving, and all it does is suck you dry.

That little boy also said that the dark energies can come to you as Father, brother, sister, friend, that it isn’t some monster.

Dr. Jill Bolte-Taylor also suggests that we are responsible for the energies we bring into a room.

I believe that abused people abuse people, that hurt people hurt people.

What seems we need is to heal our own pain, to be the one, to be the caretaker of our own energies, to stop blaming others for how we feel, and to harness our own Light.

As well as being responsible for another’s happiness, peace, love or joy.

If we can separate ourselves and not be sucking the life blood from each other, and instead be Light keepers within ourselves, the world would be a much brighter place.

My daughter seems to have allowed another to extinguish her Light and what I want most is for her to be her own Light keeper.

    To hold it dear.

Yet, maybe you have to lose something before you can feel its worth.

  • Until she can find her own.

The hardest part of being a mom is when your child takes an exit that you didn’t see coming and they seem to disappear from the usual landscape and it leaves you separated.

And I am not even sure what exit she took, where she is or what her intentions are, just that she has left the lane of what was and is now heading down a road that neither of us are familiar with.

As I continue to travel down my regular road, off to the side is this other lane of unfamiliar nagging at me, this road from my view is full of potholes and hairpin curves with disappearing drop-offs and my daughter seems blind to all its hazards.

I am not certain if she is at a wayside unsure or if she is going forward with a full head of steam.

I am not even sure what is making me uneasier, her being on that road or not knowing if she is sitting down in wonder or going further into its complicated bends.

Our voices have been silenced. But all that seems to be happening now is a silent movie, where the drama continues, but I can’t hear the words.

The not knowing is far worse, I believe than knowing.

In the knowing, I know and can deal.

It is like her life has slipped from my view.

This almost seems like the far end of a spectrum, one being you are doing too much in a child’s life, overtaking it and this is the complete opposite, where you are completely taken out.

In the middle of the spectrum are two people who allow the other their lives, we share and explore and understand their individual journeys.

I am wondering how to hook our roads back up, how to join them together in a way that honors and gives space, in a way that respects our differences, but allows us to trust each other.

Is there a way two people can be together on two different roads?

As women we have lots in common and I am sure it is harder when I have more experience and I have been her superior as her mother for all these years, but is there a bridge that we can stand upon and share our views?

I will have to let go of my fears and my ‘know it all’ attitude and let her show me the landscape of her new world, I will have to be a visitor to a foreign land.

It truly feels like two distinct worlds.

Yet I believe and feel that I have traveled the world she is going into, so it isn’t that foreign to me, perhaps it is only new and exciting to her, she is the foreigner not I.

What is so perplexing is that you never leave reality, this is an inward journey, you are traveling away from your essential self.

Away from your morals, your values, your worth, your self esteem, your dreams, your passions, your soul. Into a world of secrets, lies and deceit…heading towards a self that is unfamiliar, foreign.

It is the road to no you.

You are being lured down this road by a friendly face that is the façade of negative energies, manipulating you with false promises and pretty lies.

If she were to travel this road alone, He would be her only guide.

What I want is to walk with the two of them and give the real story, like Paul Harvey’s ‘the rest of the story’.

Yet he knows and perhaps she knows too, that I will be the story wrecker, I will unveil the pretty lies and unravel the promises and make them as they are empty.

So what scares me the most is that my familiar voice will be drowned out by his, that she will tune me out and turn a deaf ear to my words and cling to his.

Her life in its innocence doesn’t have a voice of her own.

I am sure she feels the pull between him and I, both of us wanting her. And what I want the most is for her to have a separate voice from both of us, but I don’t feel she has one for her self as yet. I see her as a girl who confused and twisted and wants to have love and attention but it comes with such a price tag, her self worth.

I can almost understand the twist between what he says and how she feels.

His promise land is a secret place and it can’t reach the light of day.

In order for her to travel down his road, she lies to me.

What I want most is for the lies to stop.

Lies to herself and lies to me, both are taking a toll on her.

It is so telling to see what lies can do to your spirit, you can literally see her growing darker.

The truth will set your Spirit free!

The two roads I see in my minds eye is the road of lies and the road of truth. One road darkens and leads you away from self and the other will support and Lighten who you are.

You wonder what makes some travel into the darkness and what makes others travel towards the Light. What decides this and can they make a U-Turn?

I will do as any good mother or women who see another descending into the darkness will do. I will give her my voice until she can find her own.

  • Blanket of White Light

I just awoke from a dream in which I was conversing with my mother, part of the dream she was there, the other she was on the phone, it vacillated back and forth.

There was a lot of over talking where our loud voices drowned out the other; it portrayed pretty accurately how my feelings would react to her words and sentiments.

What I feel the most is being washed over by her needs, like a heavy pull into her very twisted life, or being sucked into a vortex, while what I need the most was the serene peace away from her.

Yesterday I heard about twenty minutes of an interview that Oprah had with a child suffering from being too sensitive to negative energies, and how he stated that he has to steer clear of negative people or their energies will invade his life and overtake his calm peace.

He profoundly spoke of using White Light to surround himself and how this keeps the negative energies away.

(I just went to http://www.oprah.com and watched him talking to Oprah about negative energies and White Light…it is at towards the ending of the write up and you can actually watch him.)

His simple description of wrapping himself in White Light prevents him from being spun out of control by negative people and things, equals my backing up from many in my family. Once you know where the drains are we need to steer clear.

What he also stated is that negative energies feed off of the calm energies…. When you put this into practical practice, you can see how pedophiles feed off little girls, and it changes them once the negative energies are allowed in, it alters their balance inside.

It is clear to me the visual of dark energies and how if you are not aware, will be sucked into them and their world, how you will serve them and leave your calm peaceful self behind. As a child you are unaware of what even happened, and sadly in the case of the monster in the home, you can’t escape the negativity, you are saturated in it.

This also seems to explain even my daughter, how her good energy was slurped up by his negative life situation eventually darkening her, changing her brightness, and dimming her.

The little boy speaks of doing the White Light by saying and knowing he is calm, love, awesome, cool, wise etc.

This is how we overpower the negative, by knowing who we are.

In his case he is overly sensitive to anyone who is carrying negative energies, and that even in his home, his parents have to try and be peace, love and joy, for if they are worry, fretting and anxious, he feels that and responds.

This brilliant example shows how our energies affect others.

How I had to back up from my original family to maintain my inner peace, love and joy.

And oddly enough it also shows me that my husband is right on track, when he said that our home had to be the safe haven for my daughter.

My greatest feat in all of this, was to continually push away the thoughts and fears, and settle instead of keeping it a normal peaceful place to be and for me to match that peace as well.

Our home had to be a White Light zone.

My dream of the vortex of negative energy and how it wants to dance with my peace by washing over me and leaving nothing but a shell remaining.

Unless I speak up, saying loudly and clearly, I know who you are what you want and I refuse you entrance in my world.

My intent 6 long years ago was to go forth with Love, Peace and Joy, what I didn’t know then was that I was hooking my wagon to White Light.

All my choices from that day forward had to match peace, love and joy inside. If I didn’t feel at peace I didn’t make that choice, be it mother, father, sister or brother, I let them all go for my peace.

Now I know I was choosing to wrap myself in a blanket of White Light.

  • Best Valentine!

On Happy Valentine’s Day, be the one to care for your heart; speak its truth and follow its desire, revel in its uniqueness, be grateful for its strength, celebrate its joys and find all that bring it life.

Our hearts are our business, no one can tend to them better than us, we are the ones who know what makes them sing and twirl with happiness and what plummets them down to the depths of hell, what makes them giggle with sheer joy and fill them with lightness, be a great caretaker of your own heart.

Take your heart on a wild adventure, show it something it loves, let it breath in Love, Peace and Joy, do something that it longs for, listen to its subtle and not so subtle wishes. Or say what it needs to say, feel what it needs to feel, allow its truth to shine forth.

On Valentine’s Day others offer to us how much they love and appreciate us, but we too can celebrate this day by giving ourselves our hearts desire.

    Be your own best Valentine!

  • Find Their Own Way…

The battle of the wills end when you allow the other to have free will, it is pretty hard to fight with freedom.

The tighter you hold and the more you force, the less the other person can feel and find their own sense of what it is they want to do.

When I was in the beginning stages of my mental breakdown, my husband and I found a place to stand that left us both in total freedom, a place called “I love you today.”

In this spot, it allowed each of us to change our minds and to gauge our own feelings about whether we wanted to stay together. This free space to be yourself, to feel that which you feel and to express it daily allowed us the time to re-configure a new normal in our relationship.

We fell into this spot after weeks and months of feeling the instability each of us had during the most stressful event in our marriage, Me not knowing who I was.

Pretty hard to promise tomorrow, when today is unknown.

It felt so much easier to breathe when we embraced the unknown and lived presently with each day and even each moment.

“I love you today” is an honest and alive relationship and we both promised the other that if and when we didn’t want to be here we would tell the other.

It isn’t a piece of paper, the ‘happiness’ of our children, or a million other reasons that folks stay together, but instead we individually get to choose if we fit together, if we are happy here, if we enjoy this place, if we are at peace here, if it is a spot for us to grow and change….

It is like a free-range relationship, where each has the freedom to be who we are, and when who we are no longer works together, we will be brave enough and honest enough to let the other know.

I just don’t feel then, that we can blame the other; we will always hold the power within us.

I love you today, and if it changes I will let you know.

I am thinking this same idea can be used upon our children. Instead of raising children who must remain in our pen (religion, mind set, pathway, etc), where we tell them how to be and grow, that we instead open the gate and let them roam free.

    Let their will be done.

Let them decide which way to go and how to be.

It releases both of us to be who it is we were meant to be.

This reminds me of the paragraph from one of Bryon Katie’s books,

“I don’t know what is best for me, or you, or the world. I don’t try to impose my will on you or anyone else. I don’t want to change you or improve you of convert you or help you or heal you. I just welcome things as they come and go. That’s true love. The best way of leading people is to let them find their own way.”

  • Fly

I listened to Byron Katie today, speak about the mind is always the cause and then we act out the affect of what we think.

We think and then we move…it isn’t an action first.

All our actions are supported by a thought. And here is the second part, the thought doesn’t have to be true and we will follow it.

We will follow thoughts, marry for thoughts, die for thoughts, kill for thoughts, and suffer greatly all due to our thoughts, whether they are true or not, we never stop to challenge our thinking mind with our thinking mind.

Many of us will die with the same thoughts our parents had, and will see ourselves as they originally saw us, we will not advance beyond the original thoughts.

The family legacy of same thinking is handed down generation to generation.

What most fail to consider is the original thinker and what his life experiences were and what he passed on.

What I want most for my children is for them to have a clear mind, a free mind, a mind that seeks and lives with reality.

I have come from a long line of brainwashed conformists.

I see them locked into a diseased mind.

Dysfunctional families can only continue with minds that are not free.

    Cults depend upon malleable minds.

There are woman who fall victim to ‘love’ and all it is a mind game, a control, a man owing your body and life.

The old saying, “if you love something set it free, if it comes back to you its yours if it doesn’t it never was.”

Most will not ‘try’ or test the waters of their love, challenging to see the depth and breath of it, to see how free you are inside of a relationship.

Some think the tighter you are bound the more you are loved, when in fact the opposite is true. The loser the ties, the more love grows.

A free mind is a loving mind.

A bound mind lives in fear.

Hold a flower clutched in your fist and see how much it grows…

The impulse of a parent is to squish their children tight to keep them safe, and yet the most loving thing we can do is release them and let them go.

We can only hope that we taught them to fly.

“What is bound on earth is bound in Heaven…”

    “Thy will be done…”

  • Perfectly you!

The reason I began this blog or writing for that matter, was that I found myself upside down in an upright world, my insides didn’t match reality, my dysfunction led me around the world not me.

This me, I called the mental woman and she resided in me, in my thoughts and in my beliefs, she had ownership of this vessel and steered my actions from a fear based setting.

I lived governed by fear and did most things to ward off the impending doom, for if and when the doom arrived, I would die.

You see, once upon a time, a little girl was in a delightful safe world and out of nowhere, in the midst of her caring kindness an ugly monster appeared, plunging her into a state of terror.

Once this terror is felt and no one releases you from it, you then set forth with the Fight or Flight Switch always on ON.

My past six years has been to re-set that switch, to not respond in terror, but in love.

When my daughter’s psyche hung in the balance, when I could see the abuse’s affects, my Mental Lady, my Wounded child, and My Loving Awareness all arose.

It was the epic battle within me.

One moment I was writhing in terror, frozen, feet ice cold dripping in sweat, a child without a way out.

The next I was a mental woman taking control with needs that overshadow my daughter, fear that I had somehow allowed this to happen, it was my fault.

And the most wonderful delightful experience I have ever felt was to be present with my child, to sit with her and her pain and see nothing but innocence, feel nothing but love.

The contrast of these three individuals that I vacillated between had me swing to the highest of highs to the lowest of lows.

It was like my past ghosts and my present awareness engaged in many battles, taking me on a wild life review.

My views of her, my views of self, my extraordinary view of my husband, was like an epic play and I played each role.

I feel utterly blessed and filled with gratitude that the most predominate woman within me is Loving Awareness.

To live the rest of my life in this mode, riding behind
Big as a house Heart, means to me that the Universal love, the essence of nature, the God Spirit, is leading me forward, that the clutches of evil and fear have been released.

I am a woman who has been to the depths of hell and have emerged brighter, more loving and kind to my self.

I know if I can travel this road, than my daughter and all girls and women who find them selves like I did, can do it.

You do it by loving your Imperfections until they become perfectly you!
